Poor trunk control in cerebral palsy is a very common problem and requires great attention. Poor trunk control itself needs intensive therapy to improve core muscles. Crawling and knee walking are great activities that can improve trunk control significantly. However, if a child has a limb deformity, then along with therapy, the child needs surgery to correct the deformity. After surgery, the child has to undergo intensive therapy. Properly done therapy can help a lot in these children.
This video provides complete information on cerebral palsy children's poor trunk control and limb deformity, along with a few examples.
