ingredients:
For the roll;
4 egg yolks – room temperature
sugar 1/4 cup (50g)
vanilla extract – 1tsp (5ml)
cooking oil – 1/3 cup (80ml)
milk – 1/4 cup (60ml)
flour (all purpose flour/ maida) – 1 cup (150g)
baking powder – 1tsp (4.7g)
4 egg whites (room temperature) + sugar - 1/3 cup (67g)
purple food colour – 3 to 4 drops
pink food colour – 3 to 4 drops
rose food colour – 3to 4 drops

for the cream;
whipping cream 200ml
powdered sugar 1/2 cup (50g)
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp(2.5ml)

for the chocolate mixture;
milk (hot) – 1/3 cup (50ml)
white chocolate 200g
pink food colour 3 drops
rose food colour 3 drops
purple food colour 3 drops

**baking tray size 28x38cm**
**baking time : bake preheated oven 180c for 10 to 12 minutes.**
