whipping cream 400ml
powdered sugar 3/4 cup (75g)
cocoa powder 2tbsp (15g)

for the chocolate mixtures ;
semi sweet dark chocolate 80g
whipping cream 1/4 cup (60ml)

** baking tray 28x38cm***
**cake ring 5.5 inch**
baking time ; bake preheated oven at 180c for 18 to 20 minutes
