INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 3 FALOODA
Strawberry jelly - 1/2 packet
Milk - 2.1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 2.1/2 tbsp
sugar - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Rose syrup / rooh afza - 2.1/2 tbsp
Finely Chopped apple
Finely chopped pistachios
Falooda noodles -2 tbsp for 1 glass, home made or store bought
Sabja / Basil seeds - 1.1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Ice-cream -1 scoop
METHOD
Soak the sabja seeds in water with sugar for 15 minutes
Pour 1/2 sachet of jelly powder in hot water , mix it well , add cold water , stir well and keep refrigerate to set , then roughly chop and set aside
Mix the milk , condensed milk , sugar and cardamom powder , bring it to the boil , once boiled simmer for 3 minute , then off the flame and let it to cool down
Once the milk cool down add in the rose syrup , mix well and keep in refrigerator until chilled
To serve
Take a tall or wide glass , put some chopped jelly , 2 tbsp basil / sabja , falooda sev /falooda noodles (you can use store bought falooda sev instead of home made) , 1 tbsp chopped apple ,1 tbsp chopped pistachios , some more jelly then pour the chilled rose milk then top up with a scoop of any flavored ice-cream and garnish with your choice....serve immediately🍸.....enjoyy
