Come see Primus at the Theatre at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas

Описание: A couple takes on the concert. I've been listening to Primus for 30 years. Ive seen them before and Les was a customer at our small (now shuttered) Chevy dealership...I'll never forget every time he and Chaney would walk in the showroom, my brother and I would hear his incredibly distinctive voice and both pop out of our offices to say hello. A really chill cool dude as you would expect.

Now we had just seen Slipknot....and that is a very hard act to follow.......heres what struck me as odd....they only had back lighting. Nothing coming from the front so you could SEE them playing.....and it was kind of a perpetual jam. I guess In my younger days I had the patience for that, but EVERY song was a lengthy jam and I guess we just weren't that into it. Kevin was not for sure! I'm glad we went, Id LOVE to see Slipknot there! LOL! Les is and always will be one of the greatest bass players of all time. We are lucky to have been able to see him again!


We went to the Primus concert at the Theatre at Virgin Hotel. Now this is an interesting hotel.......you know how an Indian casino just feels different than a non Indian casino? Well this casino in Las Vegas that is run by a tribe, FEELS like I'm in a casino in some random location run by a tribe. Not that it was bad, its just different.....do you know what I mean? Ok, it's not great. Already got an offer for 3 free nights, won't be using them 😝 Kevins daughters are 20 & 21.......if they asked me where the young people stay and play, it would be there.....we saw so much ass it wasn't funny 😂 Just lots of drunken younger ladies in minimal swim attire stumbling all over constantly.......watch now there will be a bunch of old men who suddenly go there to gamble 🤣

It was a good time. The Mexican restaurant there was AMAZING!!!! It's hard to find really good Mexican food in Vegas! But this place I will go back for! And now that I looked up the link for y'all I see why, you honestly cant go wrong with Tao Group Restaurants! Hmmmm Maybe we need to go to Tao but its too trendy for us LOL! I also got to sit across from my FAVORITE local news anchor!!! Jason Feinberg! I didn't even go say hello as I didn't want to bother him while he was out living his life. But I did record him 🤣
