Gathi Kochu Recipe
Ingredients :
Taro Root (Gathi Kochu) : 300 gm
Potato : 3 Medium Size
Prawn : 200 gm
Onion : 2 Small Size
Garlic : 9-10 Cloves
Ginger : 15 gm
Green Chilli : 5-6 pcs
Salt : To Taste
Mustard Oil : 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/3 + 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf : 1 pc
Dry Red Chilli : 2 pcs
Cumin Seed : 1/2 pcs
Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder : 1/3 tsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
Tomato : 1 Medium Size
Water : 250 ml
Garam Masala Powder : 1/3 tsp
