Hi, and thanks for joining me for this practice! It's a flowing, energising practice working with salutes and warrior postures, and then a few bridges/arches to balance things out; it finishes with a little ujjayi pranayama to balance the nervous system. Pretty much all the essentials in just 30minutes! :-)
