This :30-minute BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSTNATAL YOGA PRACTICE is made for a NEW MOM who wants to regain her athletic, physically healthy physique after pregnancy. It's my unique, Los Angeles, MUSIC DRIVEN, FUN yoga class that will leave you feeling wonderful inside & out!
*Check with your doctor before starting this or any exercise routine. If any pose feels unsafe or uncomfortable for your body, take a break, rest as long as you like, or even skip a pose entirely. Listen to your own body and only yoga-exercise as much as YOU feel. STOP IF YOU HAVE ANY PAIN OR DISCOMFORT, BLEEDING, CHEST PAIN OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH, DIZZINESS OR FEEL UNWELL.
This class is a BEGINNING/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL YOGA routine. Be sure to take care of your own safety always and everywhere. Your body is great wherever you are, show yourself love as you take this postnatal journey. And, I'm a man, so I am limited in my understanding of a woman's diverse feelings, but I'm giving what I can based on the wonderful women I've seen go through childbirth in my classes over the years. :)
