Practicing Satya in yoga involves being truthful in thought, speech, and action. It encourages individuals to live authentically, expressing themselves honestly and without deception. This principle emphasizes the importance of aligning one's actions with their true values and being honest with oneself and others.
This is a two part practice, first about 40 minutes of asana (poses) and then I guide you through a 7 minute meditation with a gentle pranayama technique and mantra.
Listen to your body and adapt as needed. You know what's best for you moment to moment.
