Today’s class is focused on lower back exercises. We’re going to release tension and tightness in the lower back and help keep it healthy.
As some of you may know, I had a lower back injury before, and I recovered through Pilates and physiotherapy.Because of that painful experience, I really understand how uncomfortable and frustrating back pain can be.

Everyone’s back is different, so if anything feels uncomfortable or too challenge for you, feel free to skip or modify.
