NG Speed
Simon NG has 4330 Speed, 2598 with Greater Slow (-40%).
To out-Speed him, you need 1644 Speed with Rush (+33%) and Greater Rush (+25%).
99 Luck and Agility give 1274 Speed, so you need Pictos for the missing 370.
Sciel and Maelle need a bit more, because their weapons don't scale with both Agility and Luck.
In the video, I didn't care about Maelle being faster than Simon (sometimes Simon plays twice in a row against her). I just gave her Pictos to get to 1267, to be close to Lune's Speed (1274 Lune).
Monoco and Verso have 1820 and Sciel 1807 (with Pictos).
In hindsight, it would have been better to exactly match Speeds: Sciel's = Monoco's = Verso's, and Maelle's = Lune's. For that, just reduce Lune's, Monoco's, and Verso's Luck or Agility.
NG+5 Speed
Simon NG+5 has 13434 Speed, 8060.4 with Greater Slow (-40%).
To keep him stunlocked, Verso needs 5101.5 Speed with Greater Rush (+58%).
99 Luck and Agility give 1274 Speed.
With high-level high-Speed Pictos, reaching 5105.5 is not a problem, see • Simon, The Divergent Star vs EVERYONE - No...
Prioritize Verso's Speed, then Sciel's, then Monoco's. It is ok if Monoco plays half turns, because he doesn't need to apply Slow at every turn.
Build Notes
[Maelle] Roulette deals 25% more damage on average: 2 x 0.5 + 0.5 x 0.5 = 1.25.
[Maelle] Draining Cleanse removes Feint's Barbapapa but consumes 1 AP, reducing Esqium's buff. To fix this, equip Energizing Gradient (triggered by Gradient Overcharge). More info in the description here • OP Weapons And Skills Damage Comparison | ...
[Maelle] Rewarding Mark + Burning Mark + Energizing Burn + Energy Master to gain AP during Burning Canvas for Powered Attack.
[Maelle] Powerful Mark + Rush On Powerful + Shell On Rush to keep Egide (Shell).
[Lune] Marking is her priority (better Marked than Defenceless).
[Verso] Sireso has three bugs. First, Powerful cancels it (don't trigger Powerful on Sciel). Second, Verso can't die with Auto Death (Inverted Affinity + Healing Tint is ok). Third, Verso can't have Auto Powerful (Powerful Revive or SOS Power are fine).
[Verso, Monoco] If you don't have a Strong Healing Tint, equip Effective Heal to die while Inverted.
[Monoco, Verso] Powerful Mark + Rush On Powerful + Longer Rush to always have Rush. The Mark is not removed when hitting Invulnerable enemies (Simon, Clea).
[Sciel] No Powerful because of Sireso's bug.
[Monoco, Verso] No Auto Death because Simon's erase happens before Second Chance is triggered at the beginning of the second phase.
End Slice
Its damage is multiplied by (1 + 0.2 x FORETELL), while Twilight buff is (1 + 0.25 x CHARGES).
FORETELL is the total number of Foretell consumed during the fight (not the ones currently on the enemy).
If you always apply 10 Foretell before Harvest: (1 + 0.2 x CHARGES x 10) x (1 + 0.25 x CHARGES).
The x10 multiplier tells how massive the buff given by Foretell consumption is.

Simon's Mechanics
He always attacks first with his lightspeed attack.
He plays a turn immediately after a character dies. If you have Auto Death + Revive Paradox, he'll play twice at the beginning instead of once.
The last hit of the lightspeed attack and Sword of Lumiere erases from the Canvas.
Except for his very first turn, he uses these attacks only during the second phase.
If you Break him, he becomes Invulnerable, and he will become vulnerable again only after he attacks.
If you stunlock him, he will stay Invulerable "forever". You HAVE TO let him un-Stun and attack to make him vulnerable again.
Attacks And Follow-Up Hits
• Parry Practice Build | Clair Obscur E33
Every hit of his combos (Short, Long, Powerful) can have 3 follow-ups at regular intervals.
Before every hit, 4 "light pillars / thunders" will quickly appear behind him.
The first (white) denotes the "main hit" and will always be there.
In addition to that, there can be 3 more: green, red, yellow (in this order).
If a pillar appears, there will be the corresponding follow-up hit.
For example: white, green, red, yellow → parry, parry, parry, parry.
Or: white, red → parry, pause, parry, pause.
The tempo between "main" hits depends on the combo (Short, Long, Powerful).
However, the intervals BETWEEN FOLLOW-UPS are always the same WITHIN A COMBO.
The lightspeed attack can only have 1 follow-up (the pillars appears at the very beginning, and it refers to all the hits of the attack).
The Sword of Lumiere can only have 1 follow-up (the pillars appears after the first two hits, and it refers to all the hits of the attack).
