2:10 Phase 1
6:54 Phase 2
Speed
Reference https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
Simon's Speed: 4330 (NG) and 13434 (NG+5).
Greater Slow: -40%.
Rush: +33% (+58% if Greater Rush).
Stats matter only for Sciel and Maelle (Charnon and Esqium). Others can max Luck and Agility.
Prioritize Sciel's Speed, because she needs to play more turns than Maelle.
Set Verso's and Lune's Speed such that turns are: Simon → Verso → Lune → Sciel. This is needed to give Shields to Sciel.
For that, either Sciel's Speed must be slightly lower than theirs or much higher. In the latter case, she'll often play multiple turns in a row.
Also, Verso's Speed must be greater or equal than Lune's, because he needs to play before her to Mark (so she can hit the Mark too for Rush).
On NG+5, you need 5101.5 Speed to match Simon's Speed with Greater Rush and Greater Slow.
Maelle's Speed is not really important (worst case she parries more = more Empowering Parry).
However, Monoco MUST have higher Speed than Maelle because he must play before her to give her Shields.
His Speed should be as close as possible to Maelle's, otherwise their turns will be swapped at some point.
On NG, max Monoco's Agility (Maelle also maxes it because of Esqium), then give him Dead Energy I for +4 Speed.
Why End Slice?
Its damage is multiplied by (1 + 0.2 x FORETELL), while Twilight buff is (1 + 0.25 x CHARGES).
FORETELL is the total number of Foretell consumed during the fight (not the ones currently on the enemy).
If you always apply 10 Foretell before Twilight Slash: (1 + 0.2 x CHARGES x 10) x (1 + 0.25 x CHARGES).
The x10 multiplier tells how massive the buff given by Foretell consumption is.
Because the two buffs are multiplicative, this buff stacking is extremely effective in the long run.
For example, assume 50 Moon Charges (500 Foretell) + 1 Sun Charge: (1 + 0.25 x 51) x (1 + 0.2 x 500) = 1388.75
Let's double Moon Charges and Foretell: (1 + 0.25 x 101) x (1 + 0.2 x 1000) = 5276.25
5276.25 / 1388.75 = x3.8, meaning that in twice the time you'll get almost x4 damage.

Twilight Dance Build
[Sucetton] Spam Shadow Bringer to stack 3 Sun Charges per turn, then trigger Twilight with Doom and spam Twilight Dance. With 58 Sun + 1 Moon Charges, you'll deal 1.3 B with no Shield, no Fortune's Fury, all Marks (Stay Marked), Defenceless, Gradient Overcharge, Frenzy, and Double Third.
[Duollison] Free aim + Sun Skill to stack 2 Sun Charges per turn. It also lets you easily apply 20 Fortell with free aim (Sucetton only 10 with its 4-hit perk).
[Sadon] It lets you stack 2 Sun Charges per counter (including jump counters).
Among these three, Sucetton is the best for Twilight Dance. First, you can stack more Sun Charges than Duollison and Sadon (the latter is better only if you don't max Sciel's Speed and let Simon play MUCH more often).
Second, Sucetton scales with both Agility and Luck, allowing Sciel to play more often.
Third, it seems that the Sun Charge buff stays even during Twilight (I am not sure how damage is calculated exactly, though).
Nonetheless, this build is weaker than End Slice, because it still needs buff stacking and its damage doesn't compare to End Slice. Also, you may not always have enough APs to cast Twilight Dance.
Base Attack Build
Stack Sun Charges with Duollison (free aim + Sun Skill = 2 per turn), trigger Twilight with Doom, buff with Fortune's Fury, and attack. You must stack Burn with Lune first, though (easy with Bonbim, but you must have her shoot a lot).
The problem is that you can do it only once per Twilight (Twilight → Fortune's Fury → attack), and it's much weaker than End Slice (I hit 15 B with 83 Charges -- without Mark but with Gradient Overcharge).
Best One-Team x100 HP Build
Other bosses do not require to have two teams.
The best build should be: Verso, Maelle, Sciel.
Maelle because she is OP and doesn't need any setup.
Verso can buff Maelle with Sireso, but prevents the "Mark trick" to get Shell easily.
Sciel can double Maelle's damage with Fortune's Fury, and can use Rush to apply Shell on Maelle (Shell On Rush).
With Litheson, she can also apply Greater Slow.
Verso can debuff with Exposing Attack, and Mark with Marking Shot.
Give Shields only at the beginning (In Medias Res + x2 Shielding Death are enough), because other enemies don't steal them.
