4 servings: store bought pastry dough - 1 roll, pastry cream - 200 milliliters, homemade apple jam - 4 tablespoons
Roll out the pastry dough. Take a cookie cutter, cut out a round shape, and place it in a muffin tin. Fill the tin with 3 teaspoons of pastry cream and 1 tablespoon of apple jam. Cut another, smaller circle of dough and use it to cover the Bocconotto. Pinch it closed, put it on a baking sheet, and place it in the oven at 160°C for 15 minutes. Once it's ready, serve it hot with some pastry cream and fresh fruit.
