2 cloves of garlic
10 ginger slices
2 shallots
1/6 tsp salt
mushroom water
2 cups of water
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
cornstarch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch + 3 tsp water)

Chicken marinate:
1/3 tsp sugar
1/5 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch

4 個 冬菇
1 條 節瓜
2 瓣 蒜頭
10 塊 薑片
2 個 紅蔥頭
1/6 茶匙 鹽
冬菇水
2 杯 清水
1/2 湯匙 蠔油
粟粉水 (1 茶匙 粟粉 + 3 茶匙 清水)

雞翼醃料:
1/3 茶匙 糖
1/5 茶匙 驗
1 茶匙 粟粉
