Описание: Kalgoorlie is a great place to live...so great that I have continue to live here for the last 11 years. You are probably wondering why we choose to live here and how we have survived for so long.
Well in this video I share with you our 5 main reasons for living in Kalgoorlie and what we love about this Outback City.
#5 - Kalgoorlie has everything we need
If you live in Kalgoorlie you know Oasis chips are the best in town!! And you definitely need your weekly dose of Flavour3015 chips.
Kalgoorlie has supermarkets, clothing stores, hardware stores, discount stores, chemists, hospital, Medical Centres, Major takeaways, postal service, transport services, EVERYTHING WE NEED!

#4 - Everything is 5 minutes away
Kaelinh sinks a goal at Saturday Netball. Netball is played 4 days a week here with Social games, Net-Set-Go games, U13-U18 games and Division 1-Prems. 10 minutes from our house.
From Hannans (North corner) to Boulder (South corner) it is a total of approx 10km
To go to the City Centre from the surrounding, it usually only takes 5 minutes unless you are stuck at the train tracks.

#3 - The Community
In this part we are back at Debarnales enjoying a few beverages and watching people do their thing on the dance floor. There is always something to do in Kalgoorlie. This weekend there was the Giants basketball game, the pop up maze, Rotary horse race meet, WA Footy League were in town, all other sports. When you are doing nothing, you know you have missed something.

#2 - Jobs
For government type jobs look on jobsWA but for all other jobs, there is currently 770 on Seek.com advertised for Kalgoorlie. There are so many jobs around at the moment starting from entry level (zero experience/zero qualifications) to everything else more specific to your experience and qualifications.

#1 - Money
It is great being able to continue to work in the same profession as I did in NZ (Teacher) but get paid more for doing the same job. It is so much more rewarding and because we had lost a bit of time with our past relationships we have been able to catch up in our life goals thanks to the income we are receiving in Kalgoorlie.
