Gunshots rang out in Mbale town as police fired in the air and used tear-gas to disperse legions of supporters who were moving alongside opposition politicians Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu, Col Kizza Besigye, Olara Otunnu, Nobert Mao and others. The group is traversing the country to seek views of the masses on electoral reforms ahead of the 2016 polls.
