The incumbent and member-elect of Parliament for Mukono North Constituency, Abdallah Kiwanuka, is among those who lost relatives in the violence that followed the January 15 general election. About 35 gun shells were found in his home on January 16. Kiwanuka says his home, once a place of peace, became a battleground. He lost his son in the chaos that erupted when soldiers raided the house. Maria Jacinta Kannyange has more details.
