Signal on the left: 3 pairs of WCH 12x20 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of WCH 12x20 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs and a General Signals Type 2 electronic bell.
Here we see the CSX local occupy the crossing for 10 minutes as they pick-up some cars from the Walking Horse & Eastern Railroad (WHOE).
As far as I know, this is the only signalized crossing along the WHOE that's still in use, as the other two in Shelbyville, TN at the other end of the line are out of service. This crossing used to have a very nice pair of late-L&N gateless cantilevers at it with the original Modern Industries lights and bell (MI 8 inch lights on the masts and MI 12x20s on the overheads). However, sometime between 2013 and now (probably late 2014 or early 2015) the WHOE replaced all of the Modern Industries equipment at this crossing, though at least they left the old WCH cantilevers in place...
