In this 75 min yoga flow we focus on warming up our body properly for deep hip stretches that will help to relieve tension, increase mobility and even relieve some backpain & overall stiffness. If we spend our days sitting, we get lots of tightness in the hip flexors , if we run a lot we get too tight in our outer hips, which can cause pain in other areas of the body. This sequence will help you loosen up your hips nicely. If you feel pain in some poses, please take a variation. Listen to your body, breathe through the tight areas and observe any emotions arising during the deep hips stretches. Share with friends & enjoy your practice, namaste!
