Well, really it's two sacques and a petticoat. This is a not super common working wear option (these also came in super fancy designs for travel and recreation) and are great maternity options as well. A sacque that matches the petticoat would be far more common (particularly in America) than a non-matching set, but both are possible and shown in this video!
