Recipe:
Ingredients For Gurh Walay Chawal:
Gur 400 Grams
Water(Pani)as required
Cloves(Long)2 Pc
Cinnamon Stick (Daar Cheeni)1 Pc
Star Anise (Badiyan ka Phool)1 Pc
Soaked Rice(Chawal)1/2 Kg
Ghee 2 tbs
Green Cardamom (Sabz Elachi)2 Pc
Fennel Seed(Sonf)1/2 tbs
Coconut Giri as required
Dried Grapes(Kishmish)as required
Almond(Badam)as required

Direction:
Take a Pot add Gur,Water to make Chashni,When Gur resolved in the Water and Chasni is ready then strain it and set a side.Take a Pot add Water when Water boiled then add Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise cook it when fragrance come out then add Soaked Rice and cook 90 to 97 percent When Rice cooked then set a side.Take a Pot add Ghee,Green Cardamom, Fennel Seed, Coconut Giri,Dried Grapes and Almond fry it when fried then add Gur Chashni mix it when cook then add Cooked Rice mix it and Cover it and cook on low flame untill 20 minutes,After 20 Mi minutes Gur Walay Chawal is ready for Serve.
