Recorded in spring of 2020 during the start of the COVID pandemic, this video provides background theory in ordination and then runs through the process of non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination (NMDS - sometimes called NMS). Here I used the base R interface (not R Studio), but really, y'all, its the same thing. The script window, plot window and console can be moved around a bit.
