Great 8 🎈 —BALLOONS— PE K-2 6 min WARMUP ACTIVITY HAND EYE COORDINATION

Описание: Welcome to the GREAT 8, a series of warm ups and activities geared for K-2 students. In this video, students need ONE BALLOON (if you are at home, you can use a plastic grocery bag- tie the end in a knot once you trap the air in, or be creative!) Students will have 8 different challenges they perform on their home spot, or in their own personal space, with each challenge lasting approximately 30 seconds, Coach also does the VOICE OVER, so all you have to do is hit play! Coach Smith will give all directions and cues each round, so you are free to roam and help your students! I am hoping to add a new video to this series every week or two-I'd love to hear your suggestions on equipment! I will always try and have age appropriate activities, and my philosophy with kinder-1st has always been KISS... Keep It Super Simple!

1. Toss and catch with 2 hands.
2. Toss, tap with right hand, and catch.
3. Toss, tap with left hand, and catch.
4. Right hand only taps-how any can you get in a row?
5. Left hand only taps-how any can you get in a row?
6. Toss, elbow tap, and catch.
7. Alternate elbow and hand taps.
8. Rainbow taps.
