GREAT 8 --BEANBAGS-- PE K-2 6 min WARMUP ACTIVITY HAND EYE COORDINATION

Описание: Welcome to the GREAT 8, a series of PE warm ups and activities geared for K-2 students. In this video, students need ONE BEANBAG (if you are at home, you can use a sock ball, fleece ball, or even a ziplock bag of candy/snacks! Be creative!) Students will have 8 different challenges WITH VOICE OVER. All you have to do is hit play! Coach will give all directions and cues each round, so you are free to roam and help your students! I am hoping to add a new video to this series every week or two-I'd love to hear your suggestions on equipment! I will always try and have age appropriate activities (my philosophy with kinder-1st has always been KISS... Keep It Super Simple!

Included in this video:
1. Toss and Catch with 2 Hands
2. Place beanbag on top of hand and Balance High, Medium, and Low (Coach gives cues)
3. Place beanbag on Head and let's do Squats!
4. Put beanbag on elbow and walk in small circle (cues to switch elbow and direction)
5. Toss and Catch with Right Hand only-reminder to keep toss at head level
6. Toss and Catch with Left Hand only
7.Place beanbag on back and switch between Cat/Cow Pose (with cues)
8. Alternate Balancing on 1 leg and place beanbag on knee (with cues)
