📋 INGREDIENTS

For the Chicken Filling:
•Oil: 1 tbsp
•Onion chopped: 1 medium size
»» Fry the onion until it turns translucent & soft.
•Garlic paste: 1 tsp
•Boiled Chicken: 1 cup/200 grams
»» Boil the chicken with salt & black pepper, and then shred it.
•Capsicum chopped: 2 medium size
»» Now cook with the chicken for 2 minutes.
•Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
•Crushed red chili: 1 tsp
•Salt: 1 tsp
•Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
•Vinegar/sirka: 1 tbsp
•Butter: 2 tbsp
•All purpose flour/Madia: 2 tbsp
»» Cook the flour on low heat, stirring constantly. High heat will cause it to burn.
•Oil: few drops
•Milk: 1 cup/200 ml
•Salt: 1/4 tsp
•Oregano: 1/2 tsp
•Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
•Milk: 1/2 cup
•Cream: 1 packet/200 ml
»» Chicken stuffing!
•Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
»» Now turn off the flame & mix well.

For the Shape & Coating:
»» Grease your hands to prevent it from sticking.
»» Now coat it with flour.
»» Now dip it with eggs.
»» Now coat it with bread crumbs.
Here is how to freeze it:
1: Arrange the croquettes on a plate.
2: Freeze until solid.
3:Transfer to an airtight jar for 2-3 weeks.

»» Fry it on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes
»» Fry each side for 1 to 2 minutes.
