INGREDIENTS (Ramzan Special Crispy Bread Rolls):
For the Chicken Stuffing:
• Oil: 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Cook it on medium flame until light golden!
• Onion chopped: 1 medium size
Sauté the onion until translucent.
• Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
• Oregano: 1/2 tsp
• Tikka masala: 1/2 tsp
• White chili: 1/2 tsp
Pour a little water to avoid from burning.
• Boiled shredded chicken: 1 cup
• Capsicum/shimla mirch: 1 medium size
• Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
• Hot sauce: 1 tsp
Now cook it on low medium flame!
• Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Cool the stuffing first, then add the cheese. This prevents the cheese from melting prematurely.
• Cheddar, mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
For the Cutting & Shaping Roll:
• Cut the edges of the bread.
• Use your finger to apply a thin line of water along the edge.
• Do not overfill. Place a moderate amount of chicken stuffing
• Seal the corners by applying a flour slurry (mix a small amount of water into flour(2 tbsp) until smooth).
• The coating is a two-step process: first dip in beaten egg, then coat it with bread crumbs.
• For Freezing & Storage: To prevent the items from sticking together,
first spread them in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
Freeze until completely solid, about 2-3 hours. Once hard, transfer them
to an airtight container or a heavy-duty freezer bag, removing as much air
as possible. They can be stored frozen for 2 to 3 weeks
Frying:
• Heat up oil on medium flame!
• Fry on a medium flame, adjusting as needed, until the exterior is a rich, golden brown color.
