This time I’m dialing in Sitio San Roque Espresso from Yardstick Coffee — a washed Catimor grown in Pangatucan, Bukidnon.
It’s always exciting to brew coffee that’s grown right here in the Philippines. In this video, I’m pulling espresso shots and exploring how this local coffee performs in the cup.
