Quantity: For 1.5 kg keema
Ingredients:
• Onion
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Green chillies
• Cloves (laung)
• Elaichi (cardamom)
• Cumin seeds
• Black pepper
• 1.5 kg keema
• 3 tbsp besan
• 3 tbsp maida
• 1 egg
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
• ½ cup fresh coriander (chopped)
Method:
1. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cloves, elaichi, cumin, and black pepper to a mixer. Grind into a fine paste.
2. Add this ground mixture to the keema.
3. Add besan, maida, egg, salt, haldi, and chopped coriander.
4. Mix everything well until properly combined.
5. Shape the mixture into small kababs.
6. Arrange the kebabs on a tawa, cover, and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes.
7. Once steamed, deep fry the kababs until golden brown.
Serve hot with pudina chutney and enjoy!
