Looking for a quick and healthy breakfast that the whole family will love? These whole-wheat crepes with coconut oil are soft, flavorful, and made without any added sugar. Perfect for busy mornings, they can be filled with your favorite sweet or savory toppings.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/8 cups milk (or almond milk)
2 cups sparkling water
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
How to Make:
Mix whole wheat flour and milk until smooth.
Gradually whisk in sparkling water for a thin batter.
Add eggs and coconut oil, mix well.
Cook crepes in a lightly greased pan, 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve with sweet or savory fillings and enjoy!
