Veg Manchurian Gravy Recipe -

Ingredients for Manchurian balls -
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 cup beans finely chopped
1 cup cauliflower finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
7 tblsps maida
4 tblsps cornflour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Green Chilli paste
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
2 taps water (to bind the mixture or as per requirement) (caution - vegetables release some moisture while kneading so do not add extra water if not required)
Oil for frying

Ingredients for gravy -
2 tblsps sesame oil (or the normal oil which you use)
2 tblsps finely chopped garlic
2 tblsps finely chopped ginger
1 tblsp finely chopped green chilli
2 tblsps coriander leaves
3 tblsps soya sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder (video says 1/2 tblsp by mistake)
1/2 tsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
Cornflour slurry (3 tblsps cornflour mixed in 1 cup water)
1/2 cup green onion leaves
1 tsp white vinegar
