This retro savoury slice is so easy to make, and if you have fussy eaters you can be sure they won't even know it has veggies in it!
Make it without bacon for the vegetarians in your life, serve it as a side or on it's own. This is one recipe that will become a household favourite in no time!
Ingredients: 375g grated zucchini, 3 rashers bacon (diced), 1 brown onion (diced), 1 cup grated cheese, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup SR flour, 4 eggs, salt & pepper. Bake 45-55 mins on 160'c until golden on top & cooked all the way through. Enjoy xx
