Eggplant in garlic sauce 魚香茄子

Описание: Hello everyone eggplant in garlic sauce .famous Chinese food around the world , in this video I made it easy to make it at home check it out everyone’s if you don’t like pork you can substitute for chickens or beef or shrimp or just leave it out ,
The garlic sauces
Chop 3 clove garlic
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp msg or chicken base
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp White vinegar
1/4 tsp white pepper powered
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 shot cooking wine
You will need Cornstarch mix with water
The ingredient you will need
3 asian eggplants
Bell pepper , red bell pepper, yellow onion , A little bit use for color ,
3 clove garlic cut slice
Green onion ( end part ) 15 g
Fresh chili red and green ( optional) and a few green onion for the ends
50 g chop pork belly
