Jeep TJ Upper Doors with Glass Sliders – Are They Repairable?

Описание: My TJ came with upper doors with slider glass windows. The glass in both doors is in great shape but the frames are completely rusted! Brand new uppers are super expensive (link below), so I go about seeing what would be involved if I were to want to buy some new (or new to me but not rusted) frames/skins and swap my glass over to them. Doable? Cheaper? Let’s find out!

Project TJ is the chronicling of working on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler. It's the SE version of a TJ with a 2.5L four cylinder and a standard transmission. At the time of making this video, the Jeep had ~204,900 miles on it.
