【豆乳豚肉鍋】Tonyu Nabe
材料:-
五花豚肉片........250g Sliced Pork Belly
鮮豆皮................180g Bean Curd Skin
鴻喜菇………….....50g Shiro-shimeji
芝麻...........……….適量 Toasted Seasame Seeds
辣油...........……….適量 Chilli oil
蔥花...........……….適量Scallions
豆乳湯材料:-
原味豆乳......…….350ml Soy milk
鰹魚湯................450ml Dashi Stock
味噌.............…….2湯匙 Miso
味醂....................1湯匙 Mirin
清酒....................1湯匙 Sake
芝麻醬................1湯匙 Sesame Paste
豆瓣醬................1湯匙 Chilli Bean Sauce
做法:-
1. 熱油鍋下五花豚肉片炒香,從鍋邊下清酒,然後加入鰹魚湯、味噌、豆瓣醬、味醂煮開,接著下豆皮、鴻喜菇煮開。
2. 然後轉小火加入原味濃豆乳、芝麻醬拌勻,最後下芝麻、辣油和蔥花便可。
