How To Apply Patches Onto Football Shirts With A Home Iron 👕🏆

Описание: Do you want to add a patch to your football shirt? I’m so excited to share another home iron tutorial!

Aston Villa are back in the Europa League for the first time since the addition of the League Phase - which means we get the UEL badge for the first time!

I added the UEFA Europa League patch to my Aston Villa 2025/26 Away Kit using a home iron and you can too.

Supplies:
In addition to your Aston Villa 2025/26 Kit, you will need these things:
Home Iron & Ironing Board
Sleeve Patches
Wax Paper / Parchment Paper
Piece of cardboard to put inside the sleeve
Ruler / Measuring Tape

Steps:
Set up your station, ideally with an ironing board
Prepare the shirt by inserting cardboard inside the sleeve and lay it flat
Position the badges on the sleeve - mine were the UEFA Foundation and Europa League patch.
Cover the patch up with the baking sheet.
Iron on Wool setting (338º F or 170º C) for 30 seconds.
Check adherence by trying to peel the edge of the patches.
Review results and unplug the iron as soon as you are done using it.
