I filmed a gorgeous and ultra-rare 1997 RUF CTR2 in action on an airstrip in Switzerland during the 2018 Supercar Owners Club weekend. The CTR2 was built as the successor to the CTR Yellowbird, but based on the Porsche 993 Turbo. The car was moved by an air-cooled Porsche 3.6 liter twin turbo Flat-six engine, based on the engine used in the Porsche 962 Le Mans Group C car, but tuned by RUF to produce 520hp and a whopping 685nm of torque.
