Ihanainen intialainen tomaattikeitto tällä kertaa. Tähän keittoon tarvitset:

2,5dl punaisia linssejä
1kg tomaattimurskaa
2dl kookosmaitoa
puolikas kasvisliemikuutio
n. 6,5dl vettä
sipuli ja muutama valkosipulin kynsi
puolikkaan sitruunan mehu
1/2 tl kurkumaa
1tl garam masalaa
1tl juustokuminaa
1/2 tl chilijauhetta

Keitetään n. 25-30 minuuttia.

Ingredients:

2,5dl red lentils
1kg crushed tomatoes
2dl coconut milk
6,5 dl vegetable stock
one medium sized onion
1-2 garlic cloves
juice of half of a lemon
½ teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoons of chili powder
