Описание: I spotted a 1946 Lane Cedar Chest in a trash pile, and from a distance, it looked like complete garbage. But I couldn’t let it go to the landfill — so I brought it home and gave it a second chance. 🌱

💰 Cost & Profit Breakdown:
$0 - Piece
$5 - Repairs materials: such as Bondo, sandpaper, glazing putty, epoxy filler, fill stick.
$10 - 2 part molding putty: bought 2 years ago, still have a lot.
$0 - Paint: Gift from Dixie Belle (but left over from 2 other projects, and doesn’t required primer or top coat)
$ 2 - Beyond Paint $46 NEW, I used very little.
$0.5 - Liquid Gold Leaf: $6 NEW
$0 – Wallpaper. It was left over from another project. So I am not even factoring this in.

Total is less than $20 – I sold it for $320 to a friend of mine, so I delivered it for free. Now the Chest in her living room is with her kids toys, and he calls it “the toolbox” .
