This solid wood piece, once forgotten, is one of the most elegant MCM designs ever made, and I couldn’t let it go to waste.

💰 Cost & Profit Breakdown:
$0 - Piece
$10- Repairs materials: such as Bondo, sandpaper, glazing putty, epoxy filler.
$0 – 1 Gallon of SW Super paint is $80: We bought this for our house 3 years ago. So technically it was free as it is left over from a project.
$3 – SmartStrip: The bucket was $65, but I used just a little.
$5 – QCS – I bought a whole gallon for $135 3 years ago.
$0 – Stain, gift from Dixie Belle.
$3 – Top Coat. Brand new can is $25
$10 – Wallpaper. I paid $21 for the roll, but retails for $35
$1 – Spray Paint for hardware. This Rustoleum I use, is still at a reasonable price of $8 at Home Depot

Total is around $32 – I sold it for $750 plus delivery. It took me approximately 10 hours to complete in a 2-week period, as I have a full time job. In this time I am not considering filming and editing.
