Up 6.6 lbs on this Maingaining journey, but today, the weights are feeling HEAVY. I think I’m carrying a little residual fatigue from last week, but that’s part of the process! Not every session feels amazing, but we show up and get the work done anyway.
💪 Training Mindset:
✔ Some days, you feel unstoppable. Other days, the bar feels glued to the floor. Keep going.
✔ Adjust as needed—reduce volume, focus on quality reps, and listen to your body.
✔ Fatigue doesn’t mean failure. It means you’re putting in the work.
Also, pro tip for getting your steps in: Walk around your house while talking on the phone. Works every time!
