Osprey Talon 22 Extended Fit Product Review

Описание: One of the most important decisions before heading to the outdoors is to pick a backpack. It also may be one of the biggest investments you have when you start exploring and adventuring more. It is important to find a pack that fits your needs and has the versatility to do everything that you need. That is where the Osprey Talon 22 EF comes in. It is a versatile day pack that is available in the Extended Fit line from Osprey so it is available to even more body types. I was sent a pack to test out and here are my thoughts on the Osprey Talon.

Extended Fit: The Extended Fit by Osprey comes with wider hip belts that fit hips 40-70 inches, a larger harness, and a longer chest strap to fit wider chests. This allows more people to enjoy the outdoors with gear that actually fits them. I find the extended fit to be great and fits my bigger body very well.

Storage: The Osprey Talon 22 EF comes with a main pocket, a secondary exterior pocket, and a zippered pocket inside the main pocket with a key clip for organization. Also, the is an external pouch that is perfect for jackets, two water bottle sleeves, a zippered pocket on each hip belt, and straps to hold both hiking sticks and an ice axe.

Versatility: I found the Talon perfect for day hikes but not just in the summer. The pack worked well in the winter and has the spot for an ice axe, or I used it to hang my microspikes externally so they could dry off when I didn't need them. There is also a helmet lock on the back of the pack for a biking or hiking helmet.

For those reasons, I really enjoyed the Talon as a smaller daypack or starter pack for someone who is getting outside for the first time and still trying to figure out what activities they will do most.
