How Can Tapping Help with Pain?
Research, including a study published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, has shown that EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can significantly reduce the perception of pain intensity and the emotional distress that accompanies it. Tapping works by sending calming signals to the brain's stress centers (the amygdala and hypothalamus), helping to lower cortisol levels and shift the body out of a stressed state. This process can help change how your nervous system responds to pain signals, allowing for greater ease and comfort. It's not a cure, but a supportive tool for your wellbeing.

Tap along slowly, pausing whenever you need to. It's completely okay to feel emotional; it's a natural part of the release process (you'll notice that I get emotional during the tapping - this sometimes happens because of either my personal experiences or the energies I tune into). Notice where you feel shifts - perhaps a sigh of relief, a slight easing of tension, or a sense of being heard.
