I filmed this video over a few days while walking through Clapham, Wandsworth Common, and Hampstead.
The first part of the video is simply a walk — seeing, moving, taking photographs, without commentary.
In the second part, I reflect on something I’ve been noticing more and more in my photography: a sense of hesitation, of not getting close enough — physically and emotionally — to the scenes in front of me.
I talk about fear, presence, connection, and the difference between taking pictures that are “nice” and pictures that actually feel alive in the body.
This isn’t a tutorial or a set of answers. It’s a document of where my photography is right now — and an invitation to stay with the journey rather than rush toward results.
