Hi loves!
Dance class is starting back up again soon! Here's what I'm doing to prepare, and just to stay in shape in general. I kept the repetitions low in the video to try and keep it from getting too long, so just remember for most of these 15-25 reps is good, and choose a weight that you can do that many reps with, just not too easily ;) Take my little tidbits and make your own routine and sets!
