Progress Report on My Boho Journal

Описание: For Kathleen Mower's Stash/Restash Challenge, I pretty much dove into the deep end--I decided to quit procrastinating about my Boho Journal that I've been talking about for, oh, maybe a year or more?? Yikes! Yes, it was high time, and I appreciate the kick start from Kathleen's challenge to use up stash and not buy ANYTHING new (thrifting is allowed, but I'm not buying any crafting supplies this month. So far, so good. My husband quipped that June may be a heavy month. ha ha) This recent post by Kathleen gives more information about her challenge.    • Запись  

My journal is a big one 10 inches tall x7 1/2 inches wide with a 1 1/2-inch spine, but with lace extending beyond the edges, it's closer to 11x8-inches. It has three signatures, about 138 pages, including some short pages. This video is a little peek at it with an explanation of how I made the cover. I have sewed in the signatures as of today (5-22-2025) and have added a little clip at the end this video of the journal showing the journal with the signatures sewn in.
