Jared Goldman is a creative leader with a proven track record as a business driver and product innovator. He is currently the Senior Director of Design at New Balance, setting creative direction and leading the footwear design team. Jared has always been driven by new technology and innovation around design. He has been leading New Balance in their transition from 2D to 3D visualization in collaboration with The Foundry. Jared has worked for several major footwear brands as a designer and creative director including Under Armour and Reebok.

William Vaughan is an award-winning artist, writer, and director. He is the 3D Production Manager at New Balance and has trained thousands of cg artists throughout the world. He has been published by major cg magazines, contributed to 18 books, has written and directed several award-winning films, and has created digital art for many top studios, including Nickelodeon and Pixar Animation Studios.
