Wrong Turns, Narrow Roads & the Best Paratha Ever | Day 2 Vlog

Описание: Day 2 of the trip started with a small mistake while travelling in my Mahindra XUV 700 AX5 Petrol.

Instead of heading towards Gandhi Chowk, we went down towards the Panchkula side.
There wasn’t much to explore there—only a statue and a waterfall that requires trekking.
Since it was winter and the water flow was very low, we decided not to go further.
We did some local shopping and returned.

While driving back, the roads were extremely narrow.
Local drivers rarely use horns, which made driving slightly challenging on such tight mountain roads.

After reaching Gandhi Chowk again, we headed towards the Khajjiar side.
On the way, we came across Dalhousie Public School (DPS).
Many people confuse it with Delhi Public School, but this one actually stands for Dalhousie Public School.
Nearby, there is a very popular war memorial park where you can see Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy tanks, aircraft and ships, and also click pictures.

Later, we planned to visit Upper Bakrota Hills.
However, locals informed us that the hilltop is private property, so we cancelled that plan.

While returning, we stopped at a local Maggie point and had paratha and tea.
The paratha tasted amazing because the flour was ground in a traditional water-driven mountain mill, locally known as a “harat”.

After lunch, we returned to our hotel.
I showed the hotel room, which is the most premium and majestic room of the property.
The hotel is The Mount View, a beautiful 125-year-old heritage property located near the Dalhousie bus stand.

This vlog captures real road trip experiences, wrong turns, narrow mountain roads, local food and a heritage hotel stay.
