Описание: Hey You Tube ! Great to meet ya :) My name's Meg and I'm a Lagree/Pilates fitness instructor based in Orange County, CA. Like many studios right now, we are doing our part and participating in social distancing. But in an effort to keep a small piece of normalcy in our days, I started teaching live at home workouts on my Instagram! If you’re looking for studio style workouts while we stay safe at home that are as challenging as they are fun, this could be a great fit! All classes are 45 Minutes of core strengthening, full body toning, low impact, Lagree/Pilates inspired workouts that require minimal equipment.
