Diet plan for skincare 🥗🍲🥘
Here’s a simple, effective skin-care diet that actually works from inside out—no fancy stuff needed.
🌿 Morning (Empty stomach)
• 1 glass warm water
• Soaked 5–6 almonds or 2 walnuts
• Optional: 1 tsp soaked chia or flax seeds (great for glow)
🍎 Breakfast (Glow fuel)
• Fruits: papaya, orange, apple, berries (Vitamin C = bright skin)
• OR oats + milk/curd + fruits
• OR 2 eggs / paneer / sprouts (protein = repair)
🥗 Lunch (Clear skin plate)
• Roti or brown rice
• Dal / rajma / chole / grilled chicken or fish
• Green veggies: spinach, bottle gourd, broccoli
• Curd or buttermilk (gut = skin secret ✨)
🍵 Evening snack
• Green tea / lemon water
• Roasted makhana / peanuts
• 1 fruit if hungry
🍽️ Dinner (Light & clean)
• Soup + veggies
• OR khichdi
• OR grilled paneer / chicken + salad
👉 Try to eat before 8–8:30 pm
💧 Daily must-dos
• 2.5–3 liters water
• Add coconut water 2–3× a week
• Turmeric + black pepper in food (anti-acne)
❌ Reduce for better skin
• Too much sugar & junk food
• Fried food
• Excess tea/coffee
• Smoking & alcohol 🚫
✨ Skin-boosting foods (add weekly)
• Amla
• Beetroot
• Carrot
• Tomato
• Avocado
• Dark chocolate (70%+, small amount )
