In this video you can train along with sanda combinations. Sanda is the Chinese Kickboxing system - also called San Shou.
Sanda is a combat sport originally developed by the Chinese military and based on Kung Fu and modern fighting techniques.
The video is a workout with different kicks:
00:00 low round kick (hèng bǎi tī tuǐ)
00:46 high round kick (hèng bǎi tī tuǐ)
01:29 front kick (dèng tuǐ)
02:06 side kick (cè chuài tuǐ)
02:50 reverse round kick
